Review: Out of Spyte

By Hayden Smith

In a dark and mysterious theatre (the Guild at Union House), a complex tale of spies, family and betrayal plays out in song, because why not? Celia Dow and Lauren Abrahams both bounce around the stage in multiple roles, throwing joke after joke at the audience whilst busting out a plethora of impressive foreign accents. A manic plot, vocal harmonies, quick changes and a two-dimensional gun—Out of Spyte has a little bit of everything!
